“If I cannot drink Bourbon and smoke cigars in Heaven then I shall not go.”
– Mark Twain
Benchmark
Named after the McAfee brothers who surveyed a site just north of Frankfort in the late 1700s, this rye recipe bourbon is yet another label that honors the storied history of the Distillery and the land it sits on.
TASTING NOTES:
The nose bears caramel notes with a delicate stone-fruit backdrop. A robust and sturdy palate with some fine leather notes mingling with dry tobacco, a touch of oak and a hint of dried cherries. The finish is smooth and calming.
Bulleit
Bulleit® Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit® Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit® Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that’s distinctively clean and smooth.
Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor.
Contradiction
Contradiction blends two whiskeys. One is a ‘wheater’, or wheated Bourbon and the other is a Bourbon made with rye. We are very proud of our knack for bringing you great spirits we hand-make and excellent spirits we hand-select; Contradiction is the opportunity to enjoy in a single sip, the convergence of those two very different efforts.
Tasting Notes

Palate: An almost buttery taste with fruit. Think of a hot cross bun and you wouldn’t be too far wrong!
Finish: A sweet vanilla finish.
Eagle Rare

Elijah Craig
Elijah Craig was named for a reverend who lived in Virginia. He kept a warehouse where he stored barrels and one day experienced a devastating fire. He used the charred casks regardless and found they imparted a lovely character. This is a great 12 year old small batch bourbon, named in his honour.
Tasting Notes
“Nose: About as complete a Bourbon aroma as you are likely to find…Near miraculous: one of the most beautiful noses found anywhere in the world today. Taste: A bourbon to keep in the mouth forever…Comments: Perhaps one of my favorite five or six bourbons and … perhaps at its best just before bed. Brilliant.”
Evan Williams
Our namesake, Evan Williams, founded Kentucky’s first commercial distillery along the banks of the Ohio River in 1783. Today, Evan Williams is the second largest selling Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in the US and the world, distilled just a few blocks from the site where Evan himself built his distillery. Our Bourbons are made with a time-honored recipe, distilled and then carefully aged for a smooth and rich taste that has been perfected over generations.
Evan Williams Black This is 86 proof and aged far longer than we are required to by law. That proof and age leads to a Bourbon that we are proud of, made our way, and that is always rich, smooth, and full of character.

Few
For nearly a century, Evanston, Illinois, the home of the Temperance Movement, was a dry city. Hudson Four
Hudson Four Grain Bourbon is the first pot-distilled whiskey to be produced in New York’s Hudson Valley since Prohibition. It’s all about good grains. The soft, balanced richness of corn. The sharp, peppery notes of rye. The smooth subtlety of wheat. And the sweetness of malted barley. All working in perfect harmony for a rich, full-flavored spirit.
Before the intense distilling process begins, we source up to 90% of the grains that go into our Four Grain Bourbon from within ten miles of the distillery. We support local farmers and a greener planet. Better-tasting, low-yield heirloom grains mean better tasting whiskey. Good grains in. Great whiskey out.
This special bourbon is aged in our petite new American oak barrels for more wood contact, giving it more depth, character and a warm, soothing finish.
Jefferson’s
Balance and complexity are made approachable and affordable in this offering created from four styles of bourbon that we marry together in small batches. The result is a slightly fruitier and surprisingly sophisticated flavour profile, finishing – as always – with a smooth, vanilla-infused elegance that demands another round.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Very crisp and fresh on the nose, lots of creamy vanilla and warm, spicy flavour. Notes of oak, toffee, hints of smoke.
Palate: Soft, warming and supple. Notes of sweet vanilla, spices, toffee, berry fruits, a touch of orange zest, spices and honey.

Jim Beam
Devil’s Cut We use a proprietary process that extracts the rich bourbon trapped inside the barrel wood. When ready, we then blend this liquid with extra-aged bourbon and bottle it at 90 proof for robust, premium bourbon with deep colour, aroma and character.

Aroma Deep Char aroma with a smoky backdrop.
Flavour Full bodied with intense oak and vanilla notes.
Signature Craft Jim Beam® Signature Craft Quarter Cask is our base bourbon finished with a variety of fine quarter-cask bourbons, all aged at least four years in smaller barrels. Boasting notes of vanilla, oak, and a hint of caramel, this spirit should be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

Knob Creek
When Booker Noe fathered the small batch movement over two decades ago, he created Knob Creek to restore the standards of pre-prohibition bourbon. The result is an undeniably big, full flavor that strikes your senses with a maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and a rich, woody, caramel flavor with a long, smooth finish.
Knob Creek is crafted in limited quantities, aged 9 years and placed in only the deepest charred American Oak barrels to fully draw out the natural sugars. Then we bottle it at an honest 100 proof to reflect the flavor, strength and patience that defined pre-prohibition whiskey.
Once you’ve grown into this full flavour, no other bourbon will do. That’s when your palate refuses to take a step back and you’re ready for what Booker Noe envisioned true bourbon to be.
Make a bolder classic cocktail. Sip it neat. Open it up with a drop of water or filtered ice cubes. Enjoy it in whatever damn way you please.
