Starters

Drinks sipped before a meal usually contain Vermouth. The wormwood in Vermouth causes your mouth to dry up and engages your saliver glands and stomach acids meaning you taste and digest your food more efficiently.

Boulevardier

A twist on the bitter-sweet classic Negroni using equal measures of Campari, Sweet Vermouth and in this case American Whiskey.

Rob Roy

This Scottish version of a Manhattan also contains Sweet Vermouth but with added smokiness.

Japanese Starter

Inspired by some classic Sushi flavour combinations, this contemporary drink is changing the way people think about modern Whiskey cocktails.

Mains

A slightly longer course means noticeably larger glassware for longer drinks! Tall glasses and lots of mixer are used in these main course cocktails.

Horse’s Neck

A classic old Celtic cocktail using Blended Scotch Whiskey and Ginger Ale with lime juice to balance.

Welsh Sour

Classic Whiskey Sour with egg white to increase the silkyness and thicken the consistency of the drink.

Irish Julep

Traditionally with American Whiskey, this version benefits from the Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey giving a smoother finish that’s kept cool in a classic Julep Tin vessel.

Japanese Breakfast

A twist on the gin-based Breakfast Martini, this version uses sweet Marmalade and slaty dried bacon to enhance the flavours of the light/floral Japanese Whiskey in this beautiful drink.

Dessert

An effective way to ease people into the world of Whiskey with a gentle nudge! These drinks will not only taste great but are ideal with or instead of a desert at the end of your meal.

Indian Espresso Martini

One of the world’s top coffee producers, India, are ever-growing in popularity in the Whiskey world. This drink, created by Dale Degroff in this very town of London, is given new taste characters by mixing it with Indian Whiskey instead of the usual Vodka.

Lemon Meringue Pie

All the flavours of a classic Summer pudding are present in this delicious Whiskey-based version using Blended Scotch Whiskey, Amaretto, Cream and Lemon Curd!

Black Forest Gateau

A fantastic bourbon-based drink imitating the flavours of the famous rich chocolate cake.

“When life hands you lemons, make whiskey sours.”
